To ensure you can make the most of your holiday in the Castanea, we have compiled the list of the following useful information. If you have other questions, feel free to send us an email or give us a call.
Prices are per night for 2 people in small apartments. Prices are per night for 4 people in the large apartments. All prices include taxes and charges. A local tourist tax of € 2.40 per person and day is applied to everyone aged 14 and older. It’s not included in the price of your holiday and will be added to the final bill upon check-out.
Prices for additional guests
Kids from 1-6 years: € 15 per night
Kids from 7-13 years: € 20 per night
Additional persons from 14 years: € 30 per night
Check-in available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, rooms must be free by 10 am. Let us know in advance if you’re arriving after 6 pm.
Dogs: No need to leave your best friend back at home! Certain apartments are designated for this purpose. We ask for your understanding that dogs do not have access to our outdoor recreation zone (pool area with common room and playground). We kindly ask you to bring your own basket or blanket from home.
Prices for dogs:
Small dogs up to 59cm: € 20 per day per animal (excluding food)
For large dogs over 60cm: € 25 per day per animal (excluding food)
When booking, we will charge 30% of the entire booking as a deposit.
No cancellation fee is charged if you cancel up to 60 days before your arrival.
Between 59 and 14 days before arrival, we’ll charge 30% of the entire booking fee (i.e. keep the deposit).
Starting from 13 days before arrival or if you check out early, we’ll charge 80% of the booking fee.
We recommend you take out a travel cancellation policy.
Payments: you can pay your booking via bank transfer (description: “Caparra”) before your arrival or pay once you get here in cash (pursuant to the Italian legislation, cash payments of up to € 4,999.99 are accepted).
