South Tyrol is known for its 300 days of sunshine a year – however, that doesn’t mean it never rains here. And that’s a good thing, because everyone – nature included – needs a bit of rain now and then. The sunshine is beautiful, the rain is refreshing, and the wind gives us wings to feel free. After all, there’s no such thing as “bad” weather. However, being prepared whatever the weather is aways a wise move. You can find the weather forecast below.
Initially sunny weather with only a few passing harmless clouds. In the afternoon, cloudiness will tend to increase from the southwest. In the following night, light precipitation will be possible in the south. Snow above 700-1000 m altitude.
A depression centred over the western Mediterranean will influence the weather over South Tyrol.
On Saturday the sky will be very cloudy. The day will begin with some residual showers or snowfall in the southernmost parts of the province, which will fade as the hours pass. In the course of the afternoon, there will be sunny spells. On Sunday, the weather will be very sunny over most of the territory. In the cooler hours there will be some fog, e.g. in the Pustertal valley. Very sunny weather with often clear skies is expected on Monday. Tuesday will also be sunny with generally clear skies.
